The best pizza in Shelby, Ohio. The authentic Chicago Style is delicious! Great subs and pan pizza. I love this place.
Been ordering from EOC consistently during the past year and feel that 3 stars is kinda pushing it. There is no consistency between pizzas ordered during lunch hours compared to lated dinner hours. As a chain restaurant the pizzas should all be identical in toppings, sauce and cheese. Sadly that is not the case here. I've read over other reviews where people tell about ungodly delivery times but fortunately I've not had to deal with that. They have, on numerous occasions, changed the size of my pizza from a large to a medium without any notification or price adjustment because they ran out if large size pizza crusts. I've been forced to make calls to the store and get a price adjustment on my card payment which I did when I ordered the pizza. It just seems as tho they struggle to maintain a staff of well trained, customer service orientated workers at this store. With other pizza shops in town I think it is time to check out the competition.
Love the Subs!!! Also the people are as kind as can be with awesome smile's as you approach the counter. Very clean place to order, and the employees are super friendly Plus the delivery service is very very very fast!. I love this store, you can tell they put alot of hard work in there pizza Dough. I love the food and the people!!
The food has always been good, I have no quarrel with that. It is just that their delivery service. Most of the time when I call, if I am lucky, they will tell me there is a 2 hour wait. I just say no thanks. But if I am not lucky, they don't tell me that and we sit here waiting for hours. If they could get that under control, it would be 5 stars for sure.
The restaurant took out the buffett- which was the best part when you were indecisive. There was duct tape on all of the bench seats. It was dark. The only person working was never around when you needed something. I only saw him maybe 4 times in the time we were there. Its just not as good as it used to be.
