Nail Elegance Spa & More is bar-none the BEST nail salon I've ever been to. All the nail techs are so friendly and talented! The atmosphere is warm, inviting and comfortable. I've been going to there for over 2 years. The very first time I went there, I came in a stranger and left a friend! They are experienced and cutting edge on nail products, techniques, designs, colors etc. Janene Bushy is my nail tech and owner of the salon. She is one of the most talented, kind, caring, loving and fun persons I've ever known! To know her is to love her, she is truly AMAZING!! I get compliments on my nails all the time due to the INCREDIBLE job she does. I absolutely LOVE this salon, Janene and LOVE how my nails look EVERY TIME!! I HIGHLY recommend this salon.
If I could leave this nail place a review of a 0 I would...went there for my first time today not only was I treated rudely when I walked in the door and looked at like I had no place being there I was treated rudely throughout. I came with a friend and I was halfway through gettin my nails done and my friend hadn't even had the start of hers done because the lady who I believe is the owner was on the phone!!! She continued to be on and off the phone the whole time. We ended up being in the place for an hour and a half when it only would have taken an hour. Will NEVER go here again!!!!
I love the atmosphere after a long day of work. Good talk and laughter. I have had my nails done by Rachel for a year and have never been dissatisfied. She and I love to experiment with the different types of polish and designs. I am very happy to have the time for me. I also have made new friends.
