Ok gym but TERRIBLE staff/customer service. I was charged for a month of membership ($39.95) after I had tried the $9.95 fit pass that was good for 30 days. I cancelled it on day 28 and was still charged for month #2. Have called the gym and left 3 voicemails and spoken to a woman who was supposed to return my call about a refund and never did. Now when I call they just don't pick up the phone. Will never go back or recommend.
May possibly be the cheapest place in town for a gym membership but its not overly impressive. Equipment is in fine shape. If you live in Shelby, don't want to drive to Ontario, and don't need much its your best option. No lockers. 3.5*
The equipment is nice enough, but there is only one power rack and the showers are cold. 3 people can make it seem crowded if they aren't all on treadmills.
Charged me an extra 35 bucks this month and said it was a fee to "upgrade the equipment", isn't that what my membership fee is supposed to pay for?! That's bad business, you don't take money from somebody without notifying them first! MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED!!!!!
Enjoy the environment. Everyone is friendly and polite. I really enjoy coming to this gym. New owners have taken on a dedicated interest in turning this into such a great workout place.
